Pastor Tricia Neale
Pronouns: she/her
Executive Director

Rev. Patricia Neale has served as the Executive Director of Feast of Justice since it was founded in 2007, while she was serving at host church St. John’s Lutheran Church (Mayfair) as Associate Pastor.
She has a Masters in Divinity from the Lutheran Theological Seminary at Philadelphia with an urban concentration, as well as an MS from University of Texas and a BS from the University of Virginia from her first career as a biomedical engineer. Pr. Tricia serves on the board of directors for the Northeast Services Team.
She is originally from Baltimore, Maryland. Pr. Tricia has lived in Rhawnhurst since 2007 with her husband, David, who taught high school in Philadelphia until recently retiring, and their three sons. When not at Feast of Justice, she enjoys running, cooking vegetarian food, reading, and her large Italian family.

Volunteer Engagement Manager
Chrissy graduated with a Master of Public Health degree in Community Health from Arcadia University in 2024 and a Bachelor of Science degree in Health & Exercise Physiology and Dance from Ursinus College in 2021. She is originally from NE Philly and still resides in the area. They are a member of St. David’s Lutheran Church.
Chrissy has a unique background of health, education, and creative roles. During graduate school, Chrissy completed an internship with the Eastern PA Trans Equity Project. Here, they aided in bridging access to essential resources for transgender and non-binary folk across Pennsylvania including access to food, healthcare, gender-affirming clothing, financial and job assistance, the name change process, community support groups and spaces, and more. As a proud NE Philadelphia native, Chrissy continues to teach dance to ages 3-8 at a local recreation center and runs her own small business, Made by Chrissy, where they sell handmade artwork and gifts. Throughout their many roles, she has built strong connections with diverse communities and fostered welcoming, supportive environments for everyone regardless of their background.
Chrissy is excited to work alongside and empower volunteers to assist Feast of Justice to help build food security in the region.
Outside of work, Chrissy enjoys attending WWE events, making custom art, and weightlifting.

Development and Communications Manager

Born and raised in Northeast Philly, Karen graduated from Drexel University with a Bachelor's in History. She developed her commitment to food justice from volunteering at a student-run healthy breakfast bar every morning during high school, and working at her college campus's food pantry.
Her free time may be spent listening to audiobooks or exploring new places. If you ever want to find free privacy-focused digital tools, she is your go-to person.
Karen is excited to serve her community through addressing food security with Feast of Justice!

Office Coordinator
Gen first became a part of the Feast of Justice community as a guest in 2017. Two years later, Gen started volunteering her time and skills, and eventually became Feast of Justice’s Administrative and Resource Support in 2022.
Gen moved from Port Richmond to Upper Holmesburg in 2007. Gen worked in administrative child care for an afterschool program in 2010, through which she became involved in nutrition development services for summer and school year lunch programs. This work inspired her passion for children’s health and addressing hunger.
From her own experiences at Feast of Justice, Gen is committed to serving guests with compassion, understanding, inclusivity, and grace. Gen is also an avid supporter of the Cancel Lunch Debt Coalition, and works with the FindHelp resource platform to assist guests in searching for resources beyond food.
When not working, Gen loves to watch professional wrestling, belly dance, paint in watercolors, and research vintage television. You may find her at local thrift stores scouring for VHS tapes and vinyl records. Gen enjoys spending time with her son, boyfriend, and pets: 4 cats and a dog. Gen is also active in her son's Home & School Association as secretary, and is an advocate for mental health.

Registration Support
Mary is a member of Gloria Dei Lutheran Church and an actively involved volunteer at Feast of Justice.
She grew up in Buffalo NY and graduated with a degree in Music Ed from SUNY Buffalo. She is certified in Elem. Ed, having first taught in Lutheran and Episcopal schools and recently retired from the Philadelphia Public school system.
She has been an active church member her entire life, involved in worship life and music programs.

Fresh Food Coordinator
Ted earned a Masters degree in Economics from Temple University, which he continues to use as a consultant for the National Federation of Independent Businesses.
After learning about Feast of Justice through St. John’s Lutheran Church, Ted grew to appreciate the desire for openness and diversity at both organizations, particularly the value of treating people with human dignity regardless of status or situation. He started volunteering August 2022 and was invited to join the leadership team a few months later.
When not working, Ted loves to cook, play darts competitively, and keep his radio on 24/7 listening to music and NPR. Ted also nurtures a passion for learning about history, such as the histories of the United States, UK, and India. This history buff loves documentaries and enjoys visiting Colonial Williamsburg in Virginia.

Pantry Operations Coordinator
Dave had been a longtime volunteer at Feast of Justice and member of St. John’s Lutheran Church.
Before his time here, Dave earned a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from Penn State and taught social studies for 5 years. Dave also worked many years as a college bookstore manager and
customer service trainer.
In his spare time, Dave enjoys doing genealogy, reading, and watching sports.

Starbucks and Warehouse Receiving Support
Sean is local to the Rhawnhurst neighborhood of Northeast Philly.
He started volunteering at Feast of Justice in 2020 right before the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. Sean volunteers 6 days a week, through which he has become a jack of all trades in supporting Feast of Justice’s operations.
Sean graduated from high school and went on to enroll in computer school. He is a proud Philly sports fan, and enjoys watching hockey and football.

Capacity Building Coordinator (HFA VISTA)
Imani graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2025 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She is originally from Fort Wayne, Indiana and still holds strong ties to her hometown community.
Imani is passionate about tackling inequity, addressing poverty, and advancing human rights, with a particular focus on uplifting underserved and marginalized communities. During her time at Penn, Imani studied abroad in Mexico City and traveled to two countries on the African continent, where she deepened her appreciation for language, culture, and resilience, experiences that continue to inspire her work today. She has also participated in peacebuilding initiatives, engaging with conversations on conflict resolution and community healing. Across these experiences, she has worked closely with diverse populations both locally and globally, building connections and fostering supportive environments that empower people to thrive regardless of background.
Outside of work, Imani enjoys practicing yoga, exploring new cultures, and watching basketball. Above all, she values meaningful connections and the joy of sharing experiences with others. She hopes to bring to the team a collaborative spirit, compassion, and a commitment to equity, helping to create a supportive and inclusive environment for the community.

Education and Outreach Coordinator (HFA VISTA)
A Rhode Island native, Cailey completed her Bachelor’s degree at Salisbury University in Maryland. She thrived in the academic sphere, developing her passions for environmental justice, political science, journalistic writing, and community engagement. Cailey is so excited to serve through AmeriCorps in a position that helps to uplift the community and inspire hope! In her free time, Cailey enjoys reading, running, and writing poetry.

Impact Alignment Coordinator (PHENND VISTA)
Andrew is local to the East Oak Lane section of Philadelphia right by Tacony Creek. He spends his free time by being active through tennis, track workouts & the gym and by spending time with friends. Cooking, listening to music and assembling jigsaw puzzles for framing are his creative interests.
Andrew grew up at Willow Grove Seventh-Day Adventist Church, where he developed a passion for service in youth and community programming. In the past 5 years, Andrew has served in several K-12 tutoring roles, post-secondary college access and FAFSA coaching roles, as well as operations roles for college campus-based programs that serve the West Philadelphia community. He is a product of Central High School (proudly 278!) who went on to earn a Bachelor's of Science in Economics at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School, concentrating in Information Systems and Social Impact & Responsibility. Andrew is most passionate about a career at the intersection of data and the social sector, particularly data collection and analysis to improve social programs! He is excited to be a VISTA supporting FOJ with this objective.
