SNAP Time Limits for Able Bodied Adults without Dependents (ABAWDS)

Due to the COVID-19 crisis, Congress has suspended the 3 month SNAP time limit for Able Bodied Adults without Dependents that was to start on April 1.  No one should be required to work in order to keep their SNAP benefits.

In Philadelphia, Bucks, and Chester counties, fill out a pre-screening form at 
www.hungercoalition.org/snap/contact.  You will receive a call to complete an application.

Fill out the application and mail or fax to your county assistant office.  Call 877-395-8930 (statewide) or 215-560-7226 (Philadelphia) to request a paper application.
